new Template

Hey, so if anyone even reads this, I got a new template for the blog, and i also changed the name to Untitled, i was gonna think of something clever, cause some people have these cute little names for their blogs, that go with their name...but my name starts with a P and sounds like an F, so i got tired of thinking of something clever so i just put Untitled.....so yeah.

These Walls

These walls that took so long to build
Quickly come crashing down.
Once up so tall and strong,
They now lie broken on the ground.

How can I forget what once was?
When I’m reminded of what it’s become.

Now I'm standing at the crossroads, not knowing what to do. Which way do I go? Which road should I choose? I found myself looking, up to the sky. Calling on Jesus … asking where am I?

I took the road less traveled, though it was hard at times. I knew that there were mountains that I would have to climb. When I questioned your authority, or when I doubt your call. I wondered where you are, if you were ever here at all.

Well, since I'm starting a blog, separate from my other online things, ie. Facebook, Myspace Twitter. I just thought that I needed to post the songs that I have written, so the next few posts will be those songs. ok? cool.

Why sinsuicide?

Ok, so even thought like NO ONE is going to read my blog, cause i'm boring, I wanted to explain why I chose the URL sinsuicide.blogspot. I think that the sin in our lives is the reason things don't always "go according to plan". This being said, WE are the only ones who can remove the sin from our lives, well Jesus, but he'll only remove it if we ask. Your Mom or Dad can't remove it from you, your pastor, or youth leader can't take the sin out of your life, YOU are the one who has to completely take that sin out of your life, so you can walk with Christ and be a true Christ-follower. Sure, we can "remove" the sin and temptation out of our lives, but if we have the mentality of "killing" the sin, maybe just maybe we can keep from it longer. One of the definitions of suicide is " the destruction of one's own interests or prospects", so with that in mind I use the URL "Sin Suicide" to remind us that we need to Destroy our interests if those interests lead us to sin.
